| Frank L. Diehl |
Frank Diehl joined RPI as an instructor in winter
2001. For the past ten years, Diehl has served as the Human
Resources Manager at Quebecor World in Martinsburg, WV. With
25 years of experience in all areas of Human Resources, Diehl
has held positions as Coordinator of Supervisory Training, Manager
of Training and Development, and Corporate Training Manager.
Diehl began his career in secondary education and this educational
experience provided the background for his move into training
and development. |
| Edmund Vitale, Jr. |
Ed Vitale joined RPI as an instructor in fall
2000. Vitale has over ten years of experience working for national
printing companies in the Quad State Region and the Midwest.
He has designed a variety of training curriculums for clients
such as: Domestic and Foreign Mail Regulators, Judds, Berryville
Graphics, Century Graphics (now World Color Retail), Winchester
Medical Center, and Automotive Industries, Inc. Vitale has also
worked with Lord Fairfax Community College on three U.S. Department
of Education Workplace Literacy Project grants that saw him
consulting, designing curriculum and training instructors. |
| Tamara Fleming Sole |
Tamara Sole joined RPI as an instructor in summer
2001. Sole has been active in employee training and development
initiatives for the past eleven years. She has served as the
Director for two national Workplace Literacy Project grants
and as an instructor on a third. Sole has also held Corporate
Training Manager positions at two companies, including one magazine
printer. Sole currently owns her own business, nVision, providing
companies with organizational development assistance. |
| Peter Furnee |
Peter Furnee joined RPI as a trainer/consultant
in July of 2003. Beginning in May of that year, Peter ventured
into the entrepeneurial world of Independent Consultancy by
starting "Stochast",
based in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. With over 15
years of OTJ training, Peter has gained certification in many
of today's most current Pre-Press and Front-End systems, covering
everything from File Preparation, Color Management and Digital
Proofing, up to and including Press Room Process Control. His
most recent tenure with a manufacturer of CtCylinder and CtPlate
devices, including a previous position with a leading Graphic
Arts Dealer afforded him the travel and exposure into worldwide
printing markets. |
| Charles T. McClain |
Chuck McClain became Director of RPI in winter
1999. Among the many tasks McClain undertakes in his role as
Director, he is responsible for developing curriculum and training
programs for incumbents and new employees and is certified as
a Work Keys Profiler and Achieve Global Instructor. During his
22 years in the printing industry, McClain spent eight years
with Beacon Press in Richmond, VA and worked with Graphics Universal,
Inc., HBP, Inc., Hughes Printing and Connaught Labs. |
| Anne Deardorff |
Anne Deardorff became Program Coordinator of
RPI in summer 1999. While at RPI, Deardorff has worked with
the Society of Service Personnel in Printing (SSPP) to develop
a curriculum around the SSPP’s Certified Printing Service Specialist
exam. Prior to joining RPI, Deardorff was a Senior Customer
Service Rep at Quebecor World in Martinsburg. While at Quebecor,
she has participated in the training of new sales and customer
service personnel. |
