Using Process Tools to Gain Employee Ownership

This one and a half day seminar explores the topics of:

 Effectively managing a meeting;

 Using participatory decision making and problem solving styles and methodologies;

 Using quality tools to achieve specific department objectives;

 Communicating for positive results; and,

 Running your department like an entrepreneurial enterprise.


Managing Your Department is designed to be participatory and will incorporate attendees’ actual work situations. The attendees will leave the course with a plan for implementing workshop suggestions in their unique environments.
