Leading and Facilitating Process Improvement Teams

This two-day workshop provides team leaders and facilitators with a fundamental understanding of how to effectively guide their teams toward goal achievement. Specific topics include: team roles; general team development; launching the team; mastering the art of facilitation; making decision; using problem-solving tools; and concluding the team’s experience. The workshop is designed using both lecture and hands-on participant activities to reinforce learning. Time is devoted throughout the class to discussing issues specific to the attending group/organization.
